“Big girls need big diamonds” – once said Elizabeth Taylor. And that truly happened to her. Diamonds is something that quotes as a must. It’s like having Hermes bag, Louis Vuitton luggage or Ralph Louren polo at some point of your life. I wondered why diamonds are supposed to be the best girl’s friends – they never leave you… Friends do. Men do! But not diamonds. And I personally never hated a man enough to give him diamonds back.

While thinking of how the most expensive ring should look like we usually imagine some exclusive designer construction of platinum, white or red gold crowned by the huge ideally cut diamond. However the Swiss premium jewelry company Shawish presented its own view of how the most precious ring in the world should look like.

It took quite a time for designers to make the sketches and calculations for making such an unusual peace of jewel. Finding the flawless diamond was quite a challenge. The production took about a year but each day was worth waiting.

 

The most expensive exclusive 150 diamond carat ring got the name The World’s First Diamond Ring and was presented at London show on Aril 2011. This is the first ring in the jewel art history which was made of the whole diamond. And I wonder which girl suddenly finds out that she is worth 70 000 000 dollars ring… A nice way to tell how important a person is, yet a good investment too!
